I've told our team to not update their clients, however one did update over the weekend and he is having the same connection issue. I am having the same issue for the past two days. For me it is the client that times-out before it can make a connection. This can be related to network stability, can you still experience same thing in a different stable network? I tried adding the lines mentioned above but it didn't fix the issue.
