Trigger News 30 Comments. Zach Bryan and the Paramount TV show Yellowstone rekindled their affinity for each other and in a big way on Sunday night, December 18th. The 7th episode of Season 5 included not one, not two, but three Zach Bryan songs via the official soundtrack, and not through a superimposed backing track, but via Zach Bryan appearing in the episode himself and performing live. Near the end of the episode, Zach Bryan showed up as the entertainment at the county fair, singing along with his band. Perhaps he slid down to the Yellowstone production set, and taped his parts then. Lainey Wilson, who is also appearing in the Yellowston e cast this year, also appeared at the festival. The rise of the popularity of Yellowstone and Zach Bryan have sort of paralleled each other, and Yellowstone previously had worked with Zach Bryan to help give him a leg up. Having music featured in the Yellowstone soundtrack usually results in a big boost for artists and bands. Flatland Cavalry and L. Edwards also had songs featured in Episode 7. Nonetheless, Episode 7 of Season 5 gave many Yellowstone fans a cool moment of their two worlds of television and music colliding once again, and one that will probably benefit both entities in the long run as two of the most popular things going in entertainment. His intereactions with the other band members were seamless and priceless. A true gem.
The only ones not having much fun are Ryan and Abby, the latter of which all but breaks off their burgeoning relationship when she learns of his year-long trip. Yellowstone Season 5 promises to be no different, and may even be more instrumental in making careers than previous ones.

By Maxim Mower. Zach Bryan took his close relationship with Kevin Costner's blockbuster Yellowstone series up a notch last night. Bryan was likely in the middle of recording the project when they filmed the new episode earlier in the year. It was a welcome surprise for fans of the show, who have grown accustomed to hearing Bryan's sparse, addictive melodies adding a sense of gravitas to crucial moments in the plot. However, the Oklahoma songsmith has never performed in person on the show before, a feat that has produced a huge surge in popularity for fellow artists, such as Whiskey Myers. Bryan hardly needs this kind of boost after such a dominant year, but his Yellowstone performance will certainly tee up the new live album that he's been preparing.

As we mentioned previously, Bryan is a US Navy veteran who is known for his "raspy voice, a mix of classic folk melody and outlaw country with a raw edge that cuts to the bone.
