Maria's quest for conscious body movement, profound connection with yourself and joyful wellbeing has led her to Pilates and Yoga more than 20 years ago. Through the years she has travelled the world for teacher trainings, workshops and yoga festivals, which has developed her own style of teaching and a great network in the global Yoga Community. In her practice, the principle of control in Pilates and the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow Yoga have interlaced beautifully. Maria's Pilates and Yoga classes are dedicated to deepening the body-mind-breath connection, they are both dynamic, with fluid transitions. One of the few in WA. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending extended teacher trainings and workshops. She is a mama of two beautiful children and a Jack Russel called Milky. Born in Bulgaria, her background is in Marketing and PR, but she has also been teaching Yoga and Pilates in some of the most prestigious studios in Sofia in the meantime.
