The place was very nice but it was Mathew the Bartender who made the trip very memorable. He is clearly very passionate about people and that came across all evening. Great guy, great service and I hope he goes far in the Company. I would definitely recruit him if I ran a bar, and would suggest that Management fast track him for promotion.
