When you first visit Windhelm, a few of the citizens and guards will mention a serial killer on the loose. A general fear is noticeable, but nobody will really talk about the killings, and it remains nothing but a rumor. When the right conditions have been met see this section on how to trigger , the body of the Candlehearth Hall barmaid, Susanna the Wicked , will appear, surrounded by witnesses, in the graveyard.
