You can imagine my surprise when I called and spoke with the To the customer service folk: if you think we received a call from the regional district mgr, you'd be sadly disappointed. No one has ever followed up. We also have an answering machine, We didn't Roy completed an addition to an existing second story deck. He was prompt and work was high quality. He came by the next day after speaking with me to look at the job, gave me a quote and a time A very positive experience here after such a disappointing one at another cleaner. Updating my review to reflect a better rating. The store manager reached out to me and remedied the situation. I have since purchased 3 cans of paint from this location and all have turned out great. I know that everyone is trying to make the best of the current situation with curbside pickup and handeling multiple calls. I called because I needed paint for a project and they first did not I could be wrong on names , but sounded like David and Cody "says he's worked there 8 years".
