Fresh local seafood shop NOT a restaurant. Hi, what are your recommendations for fresh local seafood to buy not a restaurant around Raleigh?? I want to try my hand at a crab boil! See more…. Anyone know where to get good, and most importantly fresh seafood in the area? Picked up some swordfish steaks from Flowers Teeter yesterday, tonight when I took it out to cook it I noticed it smelled a little off.

Always super convenient. Whenever I am craving fries, I always go to Wendy's. Just feels like you get more potato than you do at other places This Wendy's has always been a trusty fast one, While visiting Raleigh, I had a craving for soup, and my cousin recommended, Pho Sure, for take out Love this pizza place. We've ordered take out from here several times. Cannolis are great too. They get busy so call ahead for sure. Staff are all nice. Nice prices.

I absolutely love the owner Mike because he has educated me on so many varieties of seafood. For example, I never tried pompano or butter fish until Mike introduced me to these 2 types of fish. Now I keep some butter fish in my freezer at all times because I have absolutely fallen in love with the flavor of this fish. I also enjoy the crab legs at Saltwater Seafood, especially the Dungeness crab which are my absolute favorite. I must say that this establishment has spoiled me when it comes to snow crabs since they have the largest and tastiest ones in Raleigh. I've gotten to the point where I no longer purchase crab legs any longer from grocery stores like Krogers and Food Lion because theirs can't even compare to the ones I've gotten accustomed to eating after shopping at Saltwater Seafood. I also love their scallops as well. I think one of my other favorites is their crab cakes which I highly recommend if you ever visit this seafood market. The first time I purchased them, Mike assured me that I was going to love them. I'm normally not fond of crab cakes, but now I can honestly say that I am hooked on the ones that Mike sales at Saltwater seafood.

I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. During this quarantine time my best friend turned We were scheduled to go to the beach but had to cancel. They helped me to do a feast, including live lobster, and I was able to This was my first time there and wont be my last. This little place is a great place to go for fresh seafood. They get fresh seafood every day and it is never frozen.
