The next evolution came 26 years later in when Westchester-based, Joseph Fiore took over management of this one-stop crowd-pleaser from Tiede looking to continue the legacy of what makes the Red Rooster a neighborhood tradition. Fiore, already a restaurateur, also hails from a family with a long and varied history in the food industry. What makes the Red Rooster so special is its family atmosphere, strengthened through the stewardship of Andy Lintzeris and Jon Callahan.

Ordered the bacon chesseburger through doordash bc I didnt have cash for inside the restaurant. I didnt realize that the burger did not come with any lettuce, tomato or onions but it was still good. It only had the cheese and bacon. Fries were also tasty. Enjoyed my meal and inside restaurant was lively. I stopped in for a quick bite before work.
