So, I stripped the bed and crawling on my pillow was a live bed bug!!! I took a picture of this and went down to the front desk and immediately complained. The overnight clerk reported it to the management and housekeeping and switched me rooms. The manager I did talk to told me that they are looking into this situation and are taking appropriate measures to get rid of them. Excuse me but if you trained your housekeeping staff and management on how to look for these bugs in the first place this wouldn't of happened.
