Repeat prescriptions are issued to patients on long term medication and are are issued for a 2 month supply. This is a 24 hour service which is available 7 days a week. You may also make a request at the reception desk in person, or by placing your request slip in the box provided at the end of the reception desk, or by post. Alternatively you can also now order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple one-off registration.

We are delighted to now be offering 'on the day' and pre-bookable appointments which can be face to face or telephone depending on your needs. Patients may have their prescriptions left at the local chemist in Old Kilpatrick or a chemist of their choice in the Clydebank area.

If you live within our practice area, you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so please provide proof by way of a recent utility bill and where possible one form of photographic ID. You will need to complete a registration form and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.
