The story revolved around Akshara and Naitik, who belong from a Marwari family based in Udaipur and get married through an arranged marriage.

Naitik falls into a coma due to an accident. Akshara starts working in the family business. Naitik recovers from the coma and struggles to bond with a mischievous Naksh. Naitik's mother Gayatri dies after falling off a cliff post. Rashmi gives birth to a daughter and names her Gayatri. Akshara and Naitik's daughter Naira is born.

She has a brother, Shaurya. Akshara gets married with Naitik Singhania as an arranged marriage. Initially, they struggle to know each other, but eventually begin to understand, support and love each other. Akshara and Naitik have a son, Naksh. But, Naitik meets with an accident and falls into a coma. Akshara joins to family business, raising Naksh single-handedly. Naitik recovers from coma and Akshara succeed in reuniting Naitik and Naksh. Later, they have a daughter, Naira.

Naira akshara

Akshara is born to Naira and Kartik years after Kairav. She is named after her grandmother, Akshara and fondly called as Akshu. Naira dies after falling off a cliff when Akshara is just a baby. Later, Kartik marries Naira's lookalike, Sirat, who loves Kairav and Akshara as her own children and also gives birth to a daughter, Aarohi. Akshara is a sweet, mature girl and loves Aarohi a lot. She is talented in music and learns that Naira was her real mother and accepts Sirat. Later, Sirat dies falling from stairs and Aarohi blames Akshara for Sirat's death.
