You can request an access code from your clinic office, or online at MyAspirus. Upon receiving your access code, you will be asked to create a user name and password the first time you logon in order to create your account. Aspirus can add members of your family to your MyAspirus account for convenient access to appointments, immunization records, growth charts and more.
