What does Distant Horizons do? Simply put, it add minecraft distant horizons terrain past Minecraft's default view distance to improve performance and allow for longer draw distances. Now you can finally enjoy that lookout tower you built on top of a mountain!

I belive its specific to the complementary shader when i switch it to Shrimple the end island LODs show.

The problem was in Distant Horizons, a patch was applied due to which, when rendering shaders in Iris, DH did not draw LODs when Iris rendering shadows, since Iris runs on Fabric, this patch did not work for Forge, and accordingly, artifacts appeared in Oculus.
