Well that may be true in some cases, but not true for most real PROS in our experience. We "steer" clients to specialy stores that we have experience with because we trust the quality of the product and service. We do not get a "commission". We do generally purchase the tile with our trade discount and split that discount with the client that practice varies by contractor. The client doesn't pay retail and we get a bit for our work to place the order, pay for the order, track the order, inspect the order and of course pick it up and transfer to the job site.
