Kay yah shrine is one of the 42 Hidden Shrines in BotW. It is located near the Palmorae Ruins in the Faron region. Start with the right side of the Kah Yah Shrine. There are four barrels in front of a closed gate and a platform that moves automatically from one end of the room to the other, kay yah shrine.

The ruins are almost all the way to the water, just north of the Palmorae Beach. Garini is standing in front of a broken stone monument and after talking to him, it will trigger a Shrine Quest where you will need to find the three fragments.
