I have jolt, I like being being a special snowflake and I don't care about anyone else. This is the same kind of people that get stalker sigil and then instantly want the drop rate nerfed because "everyone has it now!

Depends on when you're selling it. Since Jolt just recently popped up from Baro Kiteer, prices are low since everyone already has it. So right now, I'd say about 20? I could be wrong though, the trade trends fluctuate so much. It was worth about P before the last time Baro had it available. Probably half of that right now.

Can we get these added to Hive A rotation or something so people can actually, grab these mods? He does, but that isn't exactly 'accessable' when there's 14 identical mods that you can just, grind out on the star chart. Good lord I'd rather wait for Baro. And that's not really particularly as prohibitive as you are making it out to be. At the very least they should be put somewhere harder to obtain than your suggestion, considering getting the rest of them. Yes I know Corrupted Vor is easy to fight so I guess the toxin ones can't be counted in that. It was like, a week of using them as my 'filler' mission? So they could be in B, or theres enough 'filler' in C that could be rotated out to just have all for in Hive C. Spy already has the suite of Ice and Fire, and Ivara, and the Parazon Hack mods, so there's definitely plenty there. I've been trying for like 2 weeks playing hives 1 hour daily, and today I played hives for like 3 hours I think and still missing that stupid mod :c. You need to remember that those drops are exceedingly rare. Also that you don't have to get all 3 caches in order to get them. Every cache you open has a minuscule chance of dropping a rare electric mod.

Why are there only 4 items on an npc that appears once a fortnight? Primed Chamber has been the only long standing exclusive, but that's a talk for another time.
