Item was listed and photographed as White online, arrived and product and label was clearly Grey. Returned for a refund and noted it was an incorrect item and was mentioned that errors on their behalf would have shipping reimbursed.

I would have never purchased them as I needed them weeks ago! Be more honest about where the shoes are coming from and rough time frames. Also, the app and desktop sites on mobile are terrible. Always so glitchy. Have given up so many times.

They have free 60 day returns even if it's worn! After receiving a text message saying it is arriving the day of I was super excited. Rickkia B. I bought a pair of snickers and surprize when a i opened the box 2 different shoes, i have called customer sevice but they treat me really bad not tryed to help. We will pass this feedback on to the relevant team to investigate any trending store and stock issues within this store. Looks like one of our Customer Service Managers has spoken to you on Saturday regarding your enquiry and this has now been resolved with the store. Tried calling them literally more than 80 times to check if they had stock and not one call was answered. The worst The worst!
