The series is narrated by Will, who is the programme's central inbetweeners series. The first series consists of six episodes, starting with the first episode "First Day", which was shown on E4 on 1 Mayand ran until 29 May

The first episode of the comedy series about four teenagers growing up in suburbia. A world of crushes, sibling brawls and getting drunk too quickly. Puerile adult humour with strong language. Will, Simon, Jay and Neil bunk off school. They head to Neil's house to get drunk, where Simon has a vodka-induced romantic revelation about his childhood sweetheart. The boys set off on their first road trip in Simon's new car for a day out at Thorpe Park.
