I would be careful before parting with any money. They took it elsewhere and it turned out to be a sensor somewhere which resolved it at a fraction of the price. I will try and find out what the sensor was. My friend has replied and says: "Actually they removed the rocker cover, tested the sensor, it was ok, traced the wiring and replaced a faulty wire. Re-tested, no return of EMS dash warning light.
