Found some good deals that are with the operator HolaSun, which uses Air Cubana. When I called itravel , they said HolaSun and Air Cubana have "shtty" flights and there are lots of complaints of lost luggages and other problems, so they don't deal with them any more. We refused to response and filed another complaint and they got back to us with another fabricated story and stated that this will be their final and last response.
