Move in date March 17th. I was born here and grew up in Sydney. I'm currently living in neutral bay and my lease is ending soon and preferably looking to stay in the northern suburbs. Please note I'm only looking for places away from the main road as I'm an extremely light sleeper and any noise of cars or trucks will wake me up during the night. I work fulltime in data and operations at realestate. In my spare time I go the the gym, play pool, basketball, do yoga, play frisbee, and read. My friends describe me as pretty chill and laid back. I have mild asthma so my cleanliness standards are pretty high. My work is flexible with 2 days in the office but I'd much prefer to work in the office everyday if the place is within 20 minutes to Barangaroo. I'm usually out of the house during the week and out by 7am and back at 9pm and keep active during the weekends as well so you won't see me around much but happy to chat and get to know each other when I first move in. A few other things about me: -Prefer to be in a house where we can be friends : -I'll be travelling to Japan next year Feb 16 to March 10 -I don't have pets but I'm happy to have them around and take care of them I used to do a lot of petsitting -Grew up in Sydney so if you're new here I can definitely recommend places! Prefer to live with people who are house trained as well. On my days off, I love to Netflix and chill at home. I keep sane with yoga and catching up with close friends. As for my ideal home, I like it clean and tidy.
