I'm going to wait till that happens to decide which to use for the long haul, but when testing VW I didn't notice any problems. For a more complete weather overhaul, Vivid Weathers is a great mod choice. The Summer plug in works well as it doesn't rain all the time. Search forums. Use one of the season plugins for specific consistent weather. I deleted it and then downloaded it again for my current character. The MA has good taste.
