Emmanuella's first appearance was on episode 34, titled "Who Mess? Emmanuella made her foray into comedy at the age of five. She was on a family holiday and met with Mark Angel. He needed some children for his comedy shoot, and called a few children he knew for the audition, but they couldn't memorize their lines and he then turned to Emmanuella. Despite the eighteen hour long video shoot, a stunt he pulled to test the endurance of the kids, Emmanuella did well. After her selection, Angel had to convince her parents to let her become a part of the Mark Angel Comedy team and got their approval.

Kid comedian, Emmanuella, has put a smile on her mother's face after she built a befitting house for her. Capturing her gift to her mom, year-old Emmanuella noted that she built the house specifically for her mother's supportive and prayerful role in her career. According to her, the mom wanted a portable house and that is exactly what she gifted her while she promised to complete a bigger one, a mansion, by the year Emmanuella also cracks a joke about her mom's spiritual status as she promised that the mansion she will build for her next year will not make them go to hell. Her caption reads: "I built this for u mom. For all the prayers, all the encouragement, and support. Mummy I know you said u want a portable house and this is it. But forgive me because I must complete ur mansion for you next year.

Emmanuella Samuel was just five years old and on a family holiday when she partook in a comedy skit that would shoot her to stardom and win her four international awards. As the saying goes, nothing good comes easy. Emmanuella was met with some resistance from her uncle, Mark Angel, at first. I went to his house to spend my holiday. Uncle Mark was shooting, so I walked up to him and told him I want to act. He told me to go away, that I am disturbing them. When she grabbed the opportunity, little did the thenyear-old know that it would be a life-changing one for her. A little more prodding and Emmanuella revealed that she actually learnt to fit into the big shoe. Comedy has provided different opportunities to Emmanuella, some of which includes a feature role in a Disney film, and an invite to the National Assembly by the former Senate President Bukola Saraki. She mentions to me that she never expected many of the opportunities she has got.
