Current builds really offer no such functionality, that I can tell. Through some messing around, I found that if I map every single possible Wiimote movement to the mouse IR, swing, and tilt , I can make the cursor show up very briefly, but it's never anywhere near where I want it to be. I get more or less the same behavior if I try to map it to an analog stick, with the only real difference being that the cursor spends even less time actually on the screen. Is there a proper setting for this, or has this just been broken with no interest in fixing it because we're expected to use a real Wiimote?

I have the Dolphin window on the 1st screen left , the fullscreen game on the 2nd screen center , the 3rd screen right is empty.

I just finished playing Super Mario Galaxy in 3d All Stars on Switch and wanted to play Galaxy 2 so I got it set up on Dolphin using the Switch pro controller and its gyro for the Wii pointer through the Steam controller configuration. It's working great except for the fact that I can't seem to figure out a way to re-center the pointer to the middle of the screen by pressing a button like it does in 3d all stars by pressing the right bumper. Could someone please inform me of how I can set this up or if it's even possible on Dolphin? I think it will be pretty much perfect if I can get it to do this. MayImilae Chronically Distracted. Using latest Dolphin, under "Motion Simulation" or "Motion Input" whichever you are using bind a button to "Recenter".

Just like your favorite retro systems, there's an emulator that can do the job, and it's called Dolphin. Dolphin is an open source Wii and GameCube emulator that supports the majority of games for both consoles. Dolphin can run your collection of Wii and GameCube games very well at p on most new PC's, and even older systems still can crank out playable speeds in standard definition p which is the GameCube's native resolution. Installing Dolphin is easy, and you can even rip your own games from a Wii if you're willing to homebrew it. Dolphin is not without its problems; there are still games that do not emulate properly and have bugs or glitches, but there is excellent community support in their forums, and new releases come out every few weeks which include bug fixes.

How to Use. This is making my life difficult in emulators like Dolphin that have hotkey support as I normally use Escape to close the program - now if I press B on my controller, Dolphin quits! To quit I just press Escape. I use my mouse as the wii cursor emulating pointing the wii controller around at the censor bar and for some reason the calibration seems to be extremely off. Threaded Mode. With Dolphin the set up is almost identical except all I did was check the box labelled "render to main window" in the graphics settings. I tried it with the mouse axis, and while that also works, it's very wonky, so I may just try and incorporate it into my keyboard controls similar to movement. What's the point in doing that?

It still thinks it's a keyboard and mouse. Is the cursor for the pointer not moving or are some pointer functions not working such as collecting starbits in Super Mario Galaxy? Go to file. Currrently, I've right clicked every "Point" option under Motion Simulation, right-clicked each and changed the character mapping to "Cursor" instead of "Axis", and a mess of other things. I have no way to test though, since I only have 2 game ROMs and the other one doesn't use a cursor. Please make a new thread! Why are these settings even needed? Unirse al grupo. There isn't even an "IR" section under motion simulation like I've seen in similar troubleshooting threads I've attempted to research. Everything except getting the mouse to work as the IR seems to be working fine. Threaded Mode.
I think, that you are not right. I am assured. Write to me in PM, we will discuss.
