I see now I can play second playthrough starting with all items I have and level, and there is more loot in some places, and NPCs are higher level too. But I really don't like to spend again all the hours I spent playing it, I should start to play Borderlands 2 now? Borderlands's first playthrough is meant to end around level 35 so you can continue leveling through the second playthrough. Also, you can begin the DLCs at any time on the first playthrough by going to any fast travel post and going to either Jakobs Cove, Tartarus Station, The Underdome, and some other 4th place. From what I remember, the playthroughs have fixed levels, until you get to the final one.

Pretty much everything you do in Borderlands 3 nets you experience, but if you're looking to reach level 50 fast, prioritization is key.
