I called thinking it would be an easy turnaround and yet the male dispatcher had me in tears within minutes. He was rude , dismissive and told me unless the driver agreed to come back there was nothing to be done. Luckily the driver brought it back to me. I am a Very disappointed customer. Nice drivers.
