Without doubt the most unsafe I have felt on an airport transfer. Once he gave up on the seat adjustment he made double quick time to Las Palmas airport, at times more than 30 kmph over the speed limit and weaving across lanes. We waited 10 mins past stated time. Rang 24 hr lime. Un co operable as said taxi waited and would not sent one but no taxi came and we were their 15 mins before. Had to pay for local taxi.

On time both ways; driver loaded all our luggage including a heavy wheelchair to our rented Villa and collection from a hotel in Majorca. What I found with Zip was there excellent communications by email. Had replies to my inquiries in less than an hour. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you Zip for making our journey to and from airport so smooth. It's clearly stated that I booked and pay for a private taxi for 2 persons only. To my surprised this company failed to provide this service. Instead we are 6 adults and 1 child. The lady who assisted us informed us to take another taxi as they can not provide us a private taxi only for us. Its unacceptable and very unprofessional for them to treat their customer like this. They rest assured us that they can provide a service but unfortunately they didn't.
