Xfinity support tested all connection and setting on there end, seems all okay. All other Apps work fine. Error appears all the time. In the off chance there is a problem on your end, try clearing the cache and deleting any cookies from the site with the error. There are a lot of strange things going on yesterday. First was a power surge Then Roku went out. Then partial service on Comcast. Then a electrical storm short and sweet. The day before there was an upgrade from MS windows that failed. So that might have had something to do with it also.

I saw in the Xfinity forum that someone had luck by using the Phone app for Roku, then deleting the Xfinity beta app via the Phone app. When problems are confined to one channel app, xfinity stream 500 error, there is a chance the channel installation has been corrupted and it needs to be replaced with a fresh install.
