Friday, January 6th, AM. Because of this, I decided to give it a try, so switched my phone over. I even confirmed with phone agent and chat agent ensured the per line deal and they told me that I will be receiving two for two lines in weeks. Now, 4 months later, I finally received the card, and it ends up only giving per line. I called them, and they told me there was no such promotion when I signed up… I swear I saw that on their website and it was the reason I switched. I am so speechless about what I heard and disappointed at the same time. Thank you for reaching out to us via our forums. Please keep in mind that if this is an Xfinity Mobile issue with a pre-paid card that they provided, we do not have access to promotional offers provided via Xfinity Mobile as they have a specialized department to assist. I would recommend reaching out once again through Xfinity Mobile Customer Service to have them verify the promotional offer provided to you. I checked the status of my gift card on the website you provided and it doesn't reflect what I was promised your website states a week waiting period and a condition that we provide xfinity mobile with our old phone. It's been more than four months and we still didn't receive the gift card.

I was promised if I switched fro Verizon I would get mine! This is not just one or two cases. That's rubbish, calls are recorded, they can verify or they can trust someone who has been an excellent customer since with no late payments or unreasonable complaints.
