Is this a legitimate email from Microsoft? Same here, very well made. I did end up clicking on the link, but it just takes you to the official Xbox site. I've a had similar few emails this week saying "thank you for your patience while your refund request was being processed " with a service number and I haven't refunded anything since last year and usually when you refund they just tell you there's no service number but is there anything to do to stop these emails besides moving it to my spam folder? I don't think these are scams because in the couple I've gotten there are "Service request numbers" in them that are valid request numbers from previous refunds. Check all of your refunds you've recently done and look for the service request number to see if it matches. That was the first thing I did before coming here and indeed it is a legit service number from a refund that was wrongly denied it was the god awful walking dead game that released last year and was well within the parameters for a refund so I thought maybe it was being looked at again as they denied the appeal.
