We will be easing into the wetter pattern with only hit-or-miss showers Friday. Despite a mostly cloudy sky, temperatures will remain warmer than normal with afternoon temperatures climbing near 60 degrees. Rain will ramp up through the weekend with more frequent rain Saturday, and heavier bands of rain Sunday. High temperatures will peak in the mid to upper 60s Saturday before a gradual cool down begins Sunday. Next week starts wet with steady rainfall Monday. A brief wintry transition is possible along the higher elevations Monday night into Tuesday.
