I find mooncakes is a greasy confectionery, sometimes filled with lotus-seed paste and salted egg yolks, bean paste or nuts I am sure there's a lot more than that but unfortunately my whole life I've only tasted few. And now, I am crazy over the moon with mooncakes. Their rich, dense and almost sticky texture gives my mouth some sort of like a foreplay.
