The works included the full fit-out of the ground floor and basement, terraces, and refurbishment of the WCs. The installation of a new state-of the art kitchen which is now home to executive chef Anthony Fletcher of The Ned and head chef Samuel McClurkin former chef of the Royal Family who serve up elevated Irish and British fusion cuisine. A bespoke, hand-built bar was constructed in the basement, with a secret access door masquerading as a bottle shelving unit behind. The building has been finished with gold, green and blue accents throughout to give a fashionable, bohemian air to the whole venue.
