Long time RFD member here since , I just wanted to share my experience with Whitby Oshawa Honda so that you guys don't work with them and have a terrible experience as well. The next day on Feb 2nd in the morning, they registered the vehicle in my name, had it plated for me and I was supposed to pick it up. Then at pm they advised me they were going to sell the vehicle to someone else and that they were not going to honour their contract. I spoke to OMVIC the regulatory body who advised they should honour their contract but they are refusing. Their senior sales manager Paul Van Huss was very rude and dismissive towards me, and refused to make the situation right. It seems like it was a friend or someone else they wanted to sell the vehicle to after I had signed the contract and given the deposit.. The Senior Sales Manager Paul's response was basically too bad, we aren't going to do anything to fix it.

It was a decent deal on a used vehicle, so reading between the lines - someone either offered them more money, or they decided to sell it to a friend of theirs and leave me out to dry. Doesn't have to wait long. What model are you looking for? Tyrone was honest and fair and helped me get the best price for my vehicle. Just really want justice served on this one, bullying customers is never ok - and I'm not going to sit down and be bullied by this dealership. Game on.

Even though the vehicle was available when I bought it, I was the sold contract put into the system, they took the deposit from me, they registered the vehicle into my name, and they got license plates for me for me to pick up today..
