The add-ons range from simple vendor sales to complex ones that can drastically improve your default UI and gameplay experience. For instance, I haven't found decent ButtonFacade skins, the newer ones that work with Masque aren't compatible as far as I know I tested them and they don't seem to get applied , so I end up with only a few of them, and they're not so great.
