My parents arrived a few minutes later than my kids and I so we paid and got seated first. My mom and dad followed 10 minutes later and also paid at the front with the cashier and then was seated with us. My mom , bless her heart, puts her receipt down on the table and leaves to grab food. The server , in her mad rush to swipe all the plates off our table every 5 minutes must have grabbed my parents receipt underneath one of the plates. This server eventually comes back to ask for this damn receipt to check and see if they paid for drinks. My parents only wanted water.

Super cute and fun place. We have been here two times, first time was during Christmas when they had the Grinch themed desserts and The Grinch was there for photos, this time I took my daughter Ambiance 5 stars. It was exactly what I had anticipated from a Panera. Service 6 stars.

I have been here twice and the food is mostly very tasty. The staff is not the friendlist though. Spend your money elsewhere. Too much money for poor quality food. Their website shows crab, steaks and carved roast but none exist. Very misleading. Pay extra for drinks.
