Furthermore, upon finally receiving the shipment, I was dismayed to find that the contents had been split into five boxes, with three boxes arriving separately from the remaining two. This further exacerbates the inconvenience caused, as the shipment was intended to arrive intact and in its entirety. Such mishandling of shipments reflects poorly on the reputation and reliability of Vijayanand Road Lines. As a customer, I expect timely and professional service, which includes ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of goods without unnecessary delays or damage. I urge Vijayanand Road Lines to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I request compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery and the mishandling of the shipment.
