Vortex change load order

The main mod I wanted to play with is Horizon because it greatly changes the game. The mod page has very specific instructions on how to sort the Load Order, but Vortex is very frustrating to use. Horizon comes with many plugins and horizon. Then the compatibility patches come. Vortex's auto sort function keeps sorting mods after horizon. I looked up tutorials on how to use Vortex, and I tried moving and making dependency rules, but that didn't fix anything. When I try telling Vortex "take mod A and make sure it comes before horizon. Some mods work together in ways that are impossible to arrange in a hierarchy like several mods that modify the same non-essential file, or have conflicting functionality. One of the great things about Vortex is that you can change your load order at any time — just make sure to save your load order beforehand! Even better: because the engine it uses is so awesome, it has nice features built-in that make this process really simple. This will cause Vortex to automatically check the current load order and catch any missing files or duplicates before you play the game. Just ensure that your replacement files go after any additional mods or other replacers that might be on the same list.

TanninOne commented Nov 17, Hint: You will find the most recently created group at the very bottom of the list, and you can also use this drop-down to create new groups by typing in a new name and confirming by pressing Enter or clicking the name. I tried managing rules but I only found a way to set load order for specific mods, not the ability to shove the mod down to the bottom. I want Wattz to load up before Horizon and the Patch after.
