ALL of our chicken, whether bone in or tenders, is breaded with this gluten free breading, voodoo chicken jc photos. We do serve our Fried Chicken on white bread Nashville Style. Excellent food and awesome counter service from the staff. We had the strips which were huge with cheerwine bbq sauce and sweet chili sauce. The mac and cheese is really good and not some boxed stuff. We will definitely be back. April The restaurant is bright and clean. The person who took our order seemed distracted and was pretty low energy. We were disappointed they were out of broccolini for the tempura.

On safety —We use 2 dedicated gluten free fryers. We mark items as gluten free. They have the best GF fried chicken I have ever tried. And the other options are very good. Highly recommend! This place has a huge gluten free menu. I love the fried chicken breast and potato wedges. The biscuits are delicious as is the waffle. Chicken is so moist. As GF fried chicken is rare in eastern TN, thats what we ordered - and it was quite good, the crunch was there, and the chicken was good quality, tasty, and sizable pieces. Got waffles with the chicken, and liked the texture and quality. It was Saturday and they had made some of their Sunday Special cinnamon rolls, so we got those, a couple of biscuits and some banana pudding - expecting to have plenty to take home, and we weren't disappointed.

Some of the best food I've had since moving to Tennessee from SoCal. I recommend their garlic soy ginger sauce with a side of broccolini. Their chicken and banana pudding are also amazing! We will definitely be regulars there. December Excellent gluten free menu with all the things you've been missing!
