How do you get a Hub 5? I have called the support team only to be told that the Hub 5 has the same specs as my current Hub 4, which it does not as I just want the 2. The person who answered the call was not much help at all and just said I could not have one after it took them over 20 minutes to find something out. I would supply my own Cable Modem but I don't think they would allow that and they don't offer a Cable Modem only option.
