I was catching up with a few friends at The Cutters Inn this evening, so I decided to pop across to a favourite of mine, Urban Fresh. For those of you who still remember, urban fresh ely, Urban fresh ely Fresh used to be an American restaurant called Grand Central. It has since turned into a truly unique dining experience not found anywhere else locally, with an exciting take on South American cuisine.

As a family we have been fortunate to travel to many regions of Spain and savoured many of its culinary delights. This lead us on our journey and exploration not just in Spanish food but how it appeared to manifest into the South American culinary scene and culture.
