Latrice Feb 21, Maintenance is quick and event are fun. My move in was smoother than I could imagine. We have lived in several high-end apartments in uptown Charlotte, and this one has the best amenities, staffs, and events! William May 31, Great apartment with all the amenities you could ever need, a community feel, and a very thoughtful Northwood Ravin team. Also the freebies at every event should be advertised so we are aware of what to expect. Maintenance get done very fast if there is a problem. Just wish it had more food options that were within a 5 min walking distance. Amazing area and staff, amenities are awesome with a lot of community events which help with meeting people especially if your new to the area.

This is a new issue but so far has happened several times. Concierge is always very fast and helpful. Everyone is very nice and accepting. Best place to live in Uptown, great people, amazing amenities and worth every penny! The staff is outstanding And I enjoy having guests come over and visit me. Staff is super friendly and awesome. For those who prefer a more social setting, the outdoor grill and lounge areas provide an excellent space for gatherings. In terms of amenities, it would be great if the barista bar and the rooftop bar could be open longer and more days of the week. Great amenities and great staff! From the leasing process and move in! The views, the location, the amenities, the concierge staff…all of it is so amazing! Ideal location and convenient to everything that Charlotte has to offer!!
