Full set of max level unyielding armor with secondary being rad resist. I personally use heavy bos combat armor because it has the highest amount of damage resist minus radiation. This is made up for with rad resist legendary effects and rad resistant perk. Build needs stimpaks and radaway but diluted is fine because of intelligence perks. Only swap out class freak perk to keep mutations. Keep an eye on health bar and favorite radaway to quickly use it. Fireproof perk will make all explosions do relatively no damage. The scorchbeast long range attack is almost all explosive damage. This build allows you to one hit most common enemy and hit most uncommon enemies. This build has trouble with mirelurk queens so when taking down a mirelurk queen swap out all int perks with demolition expert perk rank 5 and gunslinger perk rank 5.
