I have a contract with Universe Appliance and up to this year I have had no problems. However, in September I called to get maintenance on my system and was told that they only perform services during the summer. They refused to send someone. My husband just called them and asked to send someone because we are not getting heat in the living room and kitchen. We are afraid of the pipes freezing. We have bled the radiators several times but it does not hold the heat. I think that it could be the circulator. They refused to come until Tuesday of next week.
