So far, I have enjoyed my time at Thomas Circle I've lived here for about two months. Compared to other buildings in the area with similar amenities, it is a "good" value but of course still very expensive , and the common spaces are clean and well-kept. Maintenance has also been timely and responsive to all requests. Walls are thick and I never hear noise from neighbors, elevators are fast, people are friendly and respectful. Overall, I would recommend living here! Rent here is quite a bit cheaper than other complexes. The apartments are a little bit outdated, but not in a way that makes them a challenge to live in. Campus is about a 20 minute drive away, 30 with traffic, but if you have a car, it doesn't feel like an issue at all. Maintenance is fairly responsive and apartments are updated, clean and attractive. Right around lots of bars and restaurants and 10min walk to McPherson metro stop. A beautiful building with one bedroom den units. Gym in the building. Management is very responsive. The location is great as it is a minute drive to UCI. The facilities are well-provided and clean.

Also, maintenance gets back to you pretty quickly and ensures you have a working phone since almost everything is controlled through that parking, apartment, maintenance requests, paying rent, etc. The building is beautiful and our apartment is spacious as we have a one bedroom and den. Apartment smelled like smoke when I moved in and had to go back 3 times for the leasing office to do something about it. Why UDR? The entire building, in general, is pretty clean, and you will often see the janitorial staff during the midday.
