My mom got me this chopper, and the first time I used it I was not impressed with the product! Since then I have learned that it works better for some things and not so well for other things. The first time I used it I was trying to make fresh salsa, and well lets just say that I like my salsa to look nice and this just got all smashed up, and mushy : It did not work like I had expected. But since then I've learned that it works well when chopping peppers and things like that that are more firm and mot so soft. I use it quite often but I still have another chopper to make salsa and things like that! It is a good chopper just not what I had expected. I don't know if I would buy another one if I chould do it over but that's just my opinion. I know some of my friends just love this chopper so it's all a matter of opinion.
