The Shrine Quest will begin immediately when you first reach the Thundra Plateau. This area is located directly west of the Ridgeland Tower and when you arrive there is a continuous thunderstorm.

Successful completion of this quest reveals the hidden Toh Yahsa Shrine in the Ridgeland region. To begin this shrine quest, navigate to Thundra Plateau, west of Ridgeland Tower. Assuming a western approach, stand in front of the red orb on the platform. Use Stasis on it, then hit it so it soars over to the center plateau where the four receptacles and pillars are. The green orb is on top of that southwest pillar. Use an arrow or two to knock it down, then put it in its place.
