Since then, it has been a right old saga, involving them eventually accepting my return request for the faulty pair in principle , my having to package and post the item at their expense followed by a long period of silence. Two weeks after receiving the item as demonstrated on their own online tracking service! The time of process depends on the brand technical service and we need to wait to the brand decision on how to fix this issue. It is the brands decision exclusively. As soon as we have any further information from the Manufacturer regarding your case we will contact you back.

It parodies the first television series of Star Trek and prominently features comical voice caricatures of the original Trek characters, provided by members of the band, a studio technician, and the wife of one of the songwriters. Buying from a shop can be tough - they aren't open 24hrs a day, may not have an item in stock, and may be more expensive - but as shown here if you have the option of supporting a local retailer, and it isn't going to cost significantly more, then this might reduce chances of being strung along line by someone who cares not one jot.
