My kids smashed this one down, the hardest part was waiting for it to be cool enough to eat! This is a great recipe. I am the only one in my house that likes creamed rice, and this works well halved.

Has anyone doubled the creamed rice recipe and did it work ok. When I know that they are going to come I try to do it because they love it, well, who doesn't! This a new family favourite.
