The apartment is nice, waters hot, no bugs, etc. The pool, gym and tennis court are fun. The metro is an 10 min walk, 4 min run away. The trip from Van Dorn to Foggy Bottom is about 30 min. The apartment community is almost non-existent because everyone commutes somewhere else. If you are looking for an apartment social life, look elsewhere. While the gym isn't amazing, it has three treadmills, two bike machines, two ellipticals, a bench press machine, lat-pull down machine, leg curl machine, bicep curl machine, 2 TVs and a set of dumbbells from 5 to 50 lbs in increments of 5 lbs. Office team has been alright. I have only been in the community for a little less then a month. But I love it. The apartment is great, very clean and nice. The amenities are awesome also.

Roof Top Patio. Our availability changes all the time. I appreciate how they handle the neighbors who do nothing but complain. I've been living here for a few months now and he still has kept this very high level of professionalism. Easy move in process. Everything was ready for move in and she knows all the systems to help expedite the move in. Living here was enjoyable--I have no complaints about the staff, the complex or the individual unit.
